PEGA Senior System Architect (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement insurance tariff calculator solutions using the PEGA platform
• Support end-to-end delivery, including development, unit testing, deployment preparation, and release support
• Provide application support, including incident analysis, configuration management, change management, and produc-tion issue resolution
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, testers, and architects to ensure correct implementation of tariff and pricing logic
• Optimize and troubleshoot PEGA applications to improve performance, stability, and maintainability of tariff calculation processes
• Ensure proper documentation of architecture, tariff logic, integrations, and support procedures
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and coaching of internal teams on PEGA best practices and tariff calculator imple-mentation patterns

Profile

• Experience in business process management and case management implementations
• PEGA SSA certification
• Hands on experience in Pega 7 and above required
• Specific experience in Insurance or Banking industry
