Your Crew:
You will join a dynamic, young and international team of around twenty in Zürich, where your role will include supporting key transformation activities as well as contributing to key space missions for different customers in Europe, Asia and United States. Our key transformation project aims to the mapping, definition and implementation of a global Quality Management System for all our sites (Sweden, Switzerland, United States, Finland, Austria), where interactions across experts from different disciplines and cultures are our “daily bread”. Within different business areas and countries, we act and behave as one big team towards our common objectives – curious, passionate and together!
Your Mission:
- Support the management and follow-up of supplier non-conformances while developing practical knowledge of quality processes
- Assist in maintaining the quarantine area, ensuring proper identification and traceability of non-conforming material
- Learn and support supplier communication related to quality issues and corrective actions
- Assist with quality reporting, KPI tracking, and documentation management
- Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams on supplier quality topics
Your Story:
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's / Master's or recently gratuated (up to 1 year after graduation) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of or initial experience with Quality Systems and Standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is an advantage
- Well-developed analytical thinking and strong organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen interest in learning quality management tools and best practices
- Stong English communication skills written and verbally (Company Laguage)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills are highly appreciated
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and supporting quality initiatives
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally, as required
