Our External Asset Managers (EAM) team in Zurich is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious team. This role will combine the entrepreneurial spirit of business development with the heritage, stability, and reputation of one of Switzerland's oldest private banks.
You will play a key role in expanding our presence across German-speaking Switzerland by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth of our EAM franchise.
Mission :
• Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of EAM clients.
• Actively contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships through a disciplined approach to prospecting, relationship management, and CRM utilisation.
• Act as an ambassador of the Bank to position it as the preferred strategic partner for sophisticated professional clients.
• Entirely master and leverage on the Bank's platform, expertise, products and specialists to anticipate, create and grow opportunities.
• Ensure the highest standards of risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence in all activities.
Profile :
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in developing and managing EAM relationships within the Swiss wealth management industry.
• Proactive commercial mindset, strong business development and networking capabilities, very good communication and presentation skills, self-motivation and sense of service, combined with strong execution discipline.
• Strategic thinker with a genuine interest in understanding clients' and prospects' business models, challenges, and needs in order to identify long-term growth opportunities.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Native Swiss German or German speaker, with excellent English level. Other languages would be a strong advantage; French is an asset.
• Residence in Switzerland.
