Errands, walking, and a bit of care: caregiver needed

I would be very happy to find a friendly caregiver who can support my mom if I'm travelling for work. A bit of company, some help with bathing as I have a bath and she has reduced mobility, simple daily care, and a walk or assistance with errands would make a real difference. It is not on a fixed schedule, just occasional visits when needed. My mom speaks Spanish, Italian, English and French, but not a single word of German.
