Loving, Experienced Nanny Needed for a Family with a Toddler & Soon-to-Be Newborn

Location: 3007 Bern Schedule: Part time schedule upon agreement Start Date: August 2026 (baby's arrival in October 2026) About Our Family We are a warm, easy-going family of three (soon to be four!) looking for an experienced, energetic nanny to join our team. Our oldest will soon be 2, he is full of energy, loves water, parks, slides, any anything outdoors and we are welcoming a new baby in October. One parent works 80% and the other is an at home parent. We value open communication, patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to child-rearing. The Role & Responsibilities As we transition to a family of four, we need someone who can expertly juggle the dynamic of an active toddler and a newborn. Primary duties include: Childcare: Engaging our toddler with fun activities (outings, crafts, reading) while tending to the daily needs, feeding, and soothing of the newborn. Routine Support: Assisting with toddler needs, meal/snack prep for the kids, and keeping up with baby bottle sanitization. Light Tidying: Keeping child-related areas organized, including tidying toys, and cleaning up after kid meals. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: Some nanny experience, specifically with infant/newborn and toddler care simultaneously. Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications (infant/child). Background Check: Clean background check and excellent references from previous families. Traits: Patient, flexible, intuitive, reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing a multi-age household.
