Nanny needed for 11month old baby-ideally Swiss German speaking

Hello, We are looking for a nanny for our 11 month old daughter. My wife works four days a week, mostly in home office, and I am in home office one or two days per week. We would like to start with care two or three days per week. We are from the U.S. so it would be great if she would have someone speaking Bern German, German or Spanish to her.
