Group Function Controller

To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Flamatt site as a

Group Function Controller 80-100%

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do: 

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly financial reports and analysis for various Group Functions and derive recommendations for action from them
• Planning & Performance Management: Lead the Group Functions planning processes, rolling forecast and develop management dashboards to control the departmental performance
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the Finance Business Partner to Group Function Heads such as IT, HR and Finance and prepare management presentations
• Continuous Improvement: Drive transformation initiatives and standardize financial performance across the Group Functions 

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role
• Proficiency in financial modeling. Power BI & Power Query skills are a plus
• Fluent English is a must and German skills are a plus
• Understanding of IFRS and strong communication skills
