Im Bereich Unternehmenssteuern geht es nicht nur darum, Unternehmen bei der Einhaltung von Vorschriften zu unterstützen. Wir beraten national oder international tätige Unternehmen auch im Hinblick auf die relevanten Steuervorschriften und -entwicklungen. So können sie effiziente Strukturen aufbauen, die steuerlichen Auswirkungen möglicher Geschäftsmodelle berücksichtigen und Steuerrisiken vermeiden.
Als wertvolles Teammitglied berätst du Kund:innen (sowohl Unternehmen als auch Privatpersonen) in verschiedenen Steuerangelegenheiten und wirkst bei der Verwaltung anspruchsvoller Projekte mit.

Dein Impact

• Unterstütze bei der Beratung juristischer Personen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und Industrien in Steuerbelangen.
• Bearbeite herausfordernde und komplexe steuerliche Anfragen unserer national und international tätigen Kund:innen.
• Arbeite an anspruchsvollen Projekten wie beispielsweise nationale und grenzüberschreitende Unternehmensumstrukturierungen, Kaufs- und Verkaufstransaktionen und Anpassungen der Wertschöpfungskette mit.
• Profitiere vom Austausch in der gesamten Abteilung der Steuer- und Rechtsberatung und entwickle dich dadurch persönlich wie auch fachlich weiter.

Dein Skill Set

• Masterabschluss an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, idealerweise in Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften.
• Habe ein Flair für rechtliche Fragestellungen als auch für Zahlen und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge. Bringe ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Steuern mit und habe idealerweise bereits erste Vorkenntnisse.
• Sei flexibel, ausdauernd und offen für herausfordernde sowie komplexe Situationen. Integriere dich, pflege unsere Teamkultur und bringe Erfahrungen ein, die du ausserhalb von PwC gemacht hast.
• Stilsicher in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
