Field Service Allrounder – Lausanne

Are you equally happy cycling through Lausanne, driving to customers in the surrounding region and making sure every location looks clean, welcoming and ready to use?As our Field Service Allrounder, no two days are exactly the same. On some days, you will complete a Gavetti coffee tour through Lausanne with one of our cargo e-bikes. On other days, you will travel by car or van to corporate customers located further away and take care of their FELFEL fridges and Gavetti coffee machines.Wherever your route takes you, your goal stays the same: to make sure everything runs smoothly and our customers receive the best possible service.Our team motto: Go the extra mile and do everything possible to make our customers happy. :)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow daily routes planned by our Dispatcher Team to visit corporate customers in Lausanne and the surrounding area.
• Drive cargo e-bikes, cars, or small vans depending on your assigned route.
• Clean and inspect FELFEL fridges and restock Gavetti coffee machines to maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure all equipment and surrounding areas meet strict hygiene and presentation requirements.
• Refill essential products and materials, including coffee beans, milk, tea, sugar, cutlery, and utensils.
• Collect recycling materials and return them to the warehouse or local recycling partner.
• Engage warmly with customers, answering questions and gathering feedback on-site.
• Document every visit accurately by scanning products, taking photos, and updating information via our mobile apps.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your daily schedule depends on the route you are assigned. Both shifts start at our Lausanne office in Bel-Air.On a bike-tour day, you arrive at the office around 3 pm. You prepare the required materials, load your cargo e-bike and start your planned route. You normally visit around seven corporate customers per shift. At each location, you clean and restock the Gavetti coffee machine, check the surrounding area and document your visit in our app. Your working day usually ends between 8 and 9 pm. *Monday is different: the first bike tour starts at 5 am All other bike tours follow the regular afternoon schedule.On a Merchant day, you travel by car to customers across the French-speaking part of Switzerland and take care of FELFEL fridges, Gavetti coffee machines or both. These shifts normally take place during regular working hours, approximately from 8am to 5pm. During every shift, you work independently. However, our Dispatcher Team is always available by phone or message if you have questions or need support.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in service, customer care, or a similar hospitality-driven industry is a plus.
• Valid Category B driver's license with confidence riding cargo e-bikes and navigating larger cars or small vans.
• High degree of reliability, independence, attention to detail, and a precise working style.
• Warm, positive personality with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Happiness.
• Strong initiative, practical common sense, and availability to work at least two full days per week (including early morning or evening shifts).
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
• Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
