Native English Speaking Early Childhood Educator (50-100%)

Teddy Club - Daycare Pfäffikon SZ offers children actually from 3 months up to 4 years old loving, high-quality childcare and holistic development in a warm and inspiring environment.

Our educational concept focuses on supporting each child's individual development, curiosity, independence, creativity, as well as their social and communication skills. Through everyday experiencees and four structured educational learning activities per day, we encourage children to discover the world, develop new skills and grow with confidence. 

A special focus of Teddy Club is our bilingual German-English environment. Children experience the English language naturally every day through qualified educators who are native English speakers.

To strenghten our team, we are looking for a:
Native English Speaking Early Childhood Educator (50-100%)

If your Early Childhood Education qualification is not yet officially recognised in Switzerland, you are still welcome to apply for an Assistant Early Childhood Educator position.

Your responsibilities:

- providing loving care, support and guidance for children 

- planning and leading creative, age-appropriate educational activities

- supporting children's languange development through daily english comunication

- implementing and contributing to our Teddy Club concept 

- creating a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment 

- working close with parents and the team

Your Profile:

- completed qualification in Early Childhood Education / Childcare

- native English speaker

- passion and enthusiasm for working with children

- warm, caring and responsible personality

- reliable, motivated and team-oriented attitude

Working hours are Monday to Friday within openings hours: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm (acconding to schedule).

Children's groups are mixed-age from 3 months to 4 years old.
