The Assistant supports the Team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all Intermediaries & FO and end-client requests on trading and operational aspects - with the objective to ensure seamless operations and fast, competent and complete responses. Responsibilities include order placement, handling of client requests, payment execution and placement of loans and deposits. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount, with effective handling of enquiries and data provision, plus escalation to senior colleagues where necessary. The RM relies on the Assistant to help promote and service the e-channels dedicated to the Intermediaries & FO and to process the related requests and enquiries. The Assistant is involved in the ongoing information exchange with RMs, plus both internal and external stakeholders in course of business with the clients. As such, they are a role model for professional, competent and high-quality client care and the foundation of our successful Front teams.YOUR CHALLENGE
Supports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects
Attends to incoming calls and takes prompt action
Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RM
Provides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgement
Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requests
Helps to promote the usage and adoption of our dedicated Intermediaries & FO e-channels
Monitors the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; takes action where instruction is standard, seeks instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required
Organises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparation
Supports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/unit collaboration
Full adherence at all times to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policies
Is a first line of risk defence, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessary
YOUR PROFILE
Foundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness
Proven experience engaging with financial intermediaries, such as multi-family offices and/or wealth managers, ideally within a private banking or asset management environment
Profound understanding of relevant products and services applicable to EAM clients, plus valuation principles
Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure
Proactive, friendly and solution- as well as customer-oriented attitude
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Professional appearance, impactful and high personal integrity and risk awareness/ethical mindset

Very good MS Office skills
Strong fluency in German & English (oral and written)
