Group Controlling assures transparency and a dilligent entrepreneurial decision base across Comet and provides methods and systems for Controlling worldwide. 

What you will do:

• Shape the financial direction and performance steering of the organization by leading Group Controlling and driving global planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across Comet globally
• Develop financial transparency through standardized KPIs, controlling methodologies and enterprise-wide performance steering
• Partner with Executive Management and business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, challenge assumptions and support strategic decision-making
• Drive profitability, operational excellence and value creation across divisions, functions, products and projects
• Lead the continuous development of finance processes, ERP/BI-supported controlling and digital transformation
• Coordinate divisional controllers in a common framework and provide tools and methods globally

What you bring:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field with 15+ years of international experience in Group Controlling, FP&A or Finance leadership
• Strong expertise in enterprise performance management, financial planning, business partnering and controlling within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in implementing controlling standards, KPI frameworks and data-driven finance processes across complex international organizations
• Strong analytical, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English, German is a strong advantage
