Budget Officer (H/FD)

We are currently recruiting a Budget Officer to join a major international scientific project and support the financial management of a large-scale programme in a multicultural and highly collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an ambitious long-term project while working alongside experts from a wide range of disciplines.

Responsabilités

Reporting directly to the Project Office Lead, you will play a key role in the financial monitoring and budget management of the project.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing the budgets of multiple cost centres.
• Maintaining and updating project cost estimate tables.
• Preparing financial reports and budget analyses.
• Consolidating and validating financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting cost aggregation and budget forecasting activities.
• Working closely with technical and project teams to ensure effective financial planning and budget follow-up.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and tools.
