Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional R&D projects throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate product development activities in accordance with Design Control requirements and ISO 13485.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and technical deliverables while ensuring milestone achievement.
• Collaborate closely with Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Software, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing.
• Drive design reviews, technical risk assessments and design verification activities.
• Support Design Transfer to Manufacturing and ensure smooth handover into production.
• Coordinate external development partners and suppliers during prototype and verification phases.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including MDR and ISO 14971.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D organization.
