Senior Manager Group Tax

We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engine Mechanic teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach. As a Senior Manager Group Tax you will, together with the Senior Manager VAT, be responsible for all tax matters across the SR Technics Group worldwide. Working closely with the VP Treasury & Tax, this role ensures a tax-efficient structure across the Group while maintaining high compliance and risk management standards. As a trusted business partner, the Senior Manager Group Tax will advise international business units on Swiss and international tax matters.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for global tax compliance across all SR Technics Group companies (including corporate income tax returns, withholding tax declarations and stamp duties)
• Responsibility for the preparation and submission of OECD BEPS Pillar 2 and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) reports
• Responsibility for the definition, further development and implementation of transfer pricing policies for intercompany services and financing across the Group
• Main point of contact for all tax-related matters within the international SR Technics Group
• Coordination and optimization of global tax activities, as well as the development and implementation of tax strategies and tax risk management
• Support of local management during tax audits and negotiations with national and international tax authorities, including tax rulings
• Advisory support for M&A, due diligence and financing projects, as well as support in the drafting of tax-related contractual clauses and internal tax training

Your Profile

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics or Law, combined with a Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification
• At least 8 years of experience in taxation, including both Swiss and international tax matters
• Proven in-house tax advisory experience as well as experience in managing tax audits
• Fluent German skills are mandatory; very good English skills are required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Team-oriented, committed and resilient personality
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic aviation environment
