Your tasksWe are looking for a motivated and organised Project Lead / Project Assistant to support the coordination and further development of our European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH). The EDIH supports companies, public organisations, and innovation stakeholders in adopting digital technologies, strengthening competitiveness, and accelerating digital transformation. In this role, you will contribute to the successful implementation and organisation of a European innovation programme, working at the interface between technology, research, industry, and public stakeholders.- Coordinate and support the implementation of EDIH activities, work packages, milestones, and deliverables
- Support and execute project planning, monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and compliance with European funding requirements
- Coordinate collaboration with consortium partners, companies, research organisations, and other stakeholders
- Organise workshops, training activities, innovation events, and networking activities
- Support companies and organisations in accessing digital innovation services and expertise
- Contribute to project communication, documentation, and the continuous strategic development of the EDIH ecosystem.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in European, publicly funded research or innovation contexts
- Academic background in business, computer science, life sciences, innovation management, project management, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview in complex environments
- Interest in digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
