At Julius Baer, we celebrate and value the individual qualities you bring, enabling you to be impactful, to be entrepreneurial, to be empowered, and to create value beyond wealth. Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.
As we continue to modernise our Talent Acquisition processes through the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS), we are looking to strengthen our team with the role below. In this role, you will be the key link between our Talent Acquisition process design and our implementation partner — covering process-to-system translation, testing, and coordination, and helping ensure smooth adoption among Hiring Managers and Recruiters.YOUR CHALLENGE
- Act as a functional point of contact for our implementation partner on all VMS configuration questions
- Translate documented Talent Acquisition process flows into concrete system requirements and test cases
- Plan and run structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including defect tracking and follow-up
- Continuously validate the live system configuration against the agreed process design and escalate deviations
- Coordinate meetings, deadlines and the action/decision log with the implementation partner and stakeholders
- Maintain versioned test protocols and process documentation
YOUR PROFILE
- Good understanding of recruitment / Talent Acquisition processes and terminology
- Prior exposure to a Vendor Management System (e.g. VNDLY) or similar HR technology is an advantage
- General affinity for IT systems and digital ways of working
- Comfortable and confident using AI tools to work more efficiently — you make productive use of AI, rather than being reliant on it
- Fluent English (C2) is mandatory; German language skills are desirable
- Structured, analytical mindset with a methodical approach to testing and quality assurance
- Organised and reliable, with strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
