Warm, Fun, Loving Nanny Wanted – Schaffhausen Area (2 days/week)

Our family is looking for a warm, reliable and fun nanny to spend two days a week with our baby girl, Lily, who will be around 7–8 months old when we start ideally sometime in August or September. We would need your help every Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and you would be caring for Lily in our home in Flurlingen (15 min walk from Schaffhausen train station/ 10 min walk from Neuhausen). Lily is a very active and happy little girl who loves discovering the world around her and is most content when she’s exploring. We’d love to find someone who enjoys being outside for walks or in the garden, reading books, singing songs, chatting with her, and letting her discover the world one little adventure at a time. You’ll also be sharing the house with our friendly dog, Lulu, who is very affectionate, easy-going and always happy to join a walk. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, kind and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies. The role includes all the usual day-to-day childcare tasks, such as feeding, naps, playtime, changing, and tidying up after activities. We speak English and Swiss German at home but it would be a lovely bonus (but not a requirement) if you speak another language and would naturally use it with Lily during the day. For eg. a native Spanish or French speaker, but we’re open to other languages too.
