Job-Inhalt

Aufgaben

  • Design and implement sophisticated analytical and financial reporting solutions throughout the organization using the SigniFi systems architecture

  • Work closely with stakeholders from different finance teams to strengthen reporting capabilities at local, regional, and global levels through analytics, governance frameworks, and comprehensive training programs

  • Provide meaningful analytics and strategic recommendations to support management reporting goals in both the short and long term

  • Assist squad teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions while ensuring seamless integration and deployment of business processes and capabilities

  • Collaborate with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners to drive reporting excellence

  • Work together with change management, communications, and training teams to ensure successful adoption of reporting solutions

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data analytics while maintaining internal reporting standards throughout the enterprise

Anforderungen

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, or MBA/Masters are highly valued

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in finance or accounting

  • Practical experience in developing reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud or similar platforms, including data integration and modeling to establish reliable financial data models and a single source of truth

  • Results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Proactive collaboration style with strong ability to work across different functions, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information confidently

  • Capability to maintain strategic overview while paying attention to important details

  • Experience in various Finance roles across multiple business units is advantageous

  • Background in designing, implementing, and managing FP&A processes and tools within global organizations is beneficial

  • Familiarity with financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls, and USGAAP is a plus

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

  • This position can be based in New Jersey; Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom; or Zug, Switzerland - remote work arrangements may be considered on an individual basis subject to company approval
