Are you passionate about the financial world? For our Private Clients Division covering the United Kingdom, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Senior Relationship Manager.

What would your role be? 

  • Develop your own client network of HNWI / UHNWI clients in the United Kingdom. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations that encompass multiple products and services. 
  • Develop in-depth understanding of client’s needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to the changes in the business environment or clients’ needs. 
  • Effectively manage a book of clients and act as a relationship lead accountable for the clients’ experience. 
  • Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions. 
  • Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners and identify new business development opportunities.
  • Managing sophisticated clients with complex domestic and international wealth structures.

What are we looking for? 

  • An established book of clients with the willingness and ability to commit to a business case related to client acquisition is a must.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a significant portfolio of UK-based HNWI/UHNWI clients with responsibility for client acquisition, retention and long-term relationship development.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management, including a demonstrable track record of advising High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals
  • Extensive knowledge of the UK Private Banking and Wealth Management market, including the needs of entrepreneurs, business owners, senior executives and internationally connected families.
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry with a track record of developing a book of clients. 
  • Being able to build strong relationships and attract new clients for the United Kingdom market. 
  • A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a established professional network within the UK wealth management ecosystem and the ability to leverage it for sustainable business development
  • Proven ability to deliver holistic wealth management solutions across discretionary investments, advisory mandates, structured lending, wealth planning and succession planning through collaboration with internal specialists.
  • Executive presence with the confidence and credibility to advise highly sophisticated private clients and represent the bank externally.
  • A team player who can work under pressure, who is highly motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • Fluency in English and effective communication skills.
  • Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
