Web Content Publisher – Temporary 6 months

Join our Content Management & Distribution team as a Web Content Publisher & Manager, where you’ll take ownership of how Vontobel’s corporate website comes to life. From concept to publication, you’ll design and deliver impactful content experiences along the entire user journey, ensuring every touchpoint is engaging, consistent, and aligned with our brand and strategic priorities.

What would your role be? 

• Create, publish, and maintain high-quality content across Vontobel’s global websites using our enterprise CMS 

• Continuously optimize content to enhance relevance, user engagement, and overall performance 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to connect compelling content with relevant journeys for Private Clients, investors, journalists, and the wider public 

• Act as a trusted partner on UX, design, and content journeys—identifying opportunities to improve conversion and engagement

• Lead and coordinate web initiatives and smaller projects in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, from Marketing to Sales Management, Product Management and beyond 

• Ensure all content meets the highest standards for quality, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance 

• Work on sensitive and business-critical topics such as financial results, media releases, and key communications 

What are we looking for?  

• Proven experience in enterprise-level web publishing and content management systems 

• A structured, detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality—especially when managing multiple content variations across countries, audiences, and personalized visitor roles

• The ability to manage stakeholders effectively across different departments and workstreams 

• A user-centric mindset and hands-on experience in bringing content in an engaging and appealing way online  

• A flair for tracking, data analysis and performance monitoring to continuously optimize content, storytelling, and user journeys 

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop) is an advantage 

• Fluent in English and German, with strong writing and communication skills; additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) are a plus
