Within the Private Bank Switzerland, the External Asset Managers (EAM) business supports a growing network of Financial Intermediaries and their end clients. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking an Account Manager to support Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service, operational excellence, and effective client lifecycle management. The role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, partnering closely with Front Office teams and key support functions across the bank.
Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day servicing of EAM and Wealth Management clients, helping deliver a high-quality client experience.
Coordinate client onboarding, account maintenance, KYC reviews and documentation updates in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Manage a variety of account management and client servicing activities, including client enquiries, operational requests and account-related matters.
Collaborate closely with Client Lifecycle Management, Operations, AFC, Risk and other business partners to ensure timely resolution of client requests and regulatory requirements.
Support the preparation of client meetings, follow-up actions and ongoing account administration activities.
Identify, escalate and help resolve risks, issues and exceptions while contributing to a strong control environment and regulatory compliance culture.
Skills
Relevant experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services in client servicing, account management or relationship support role.
Good understanding of client onboarding, KYC processes, account documentation and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across Front Office and support functions.
Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Fluent written and spoken English; French is a strong advantage.
