Purchasing Coordinator

Your key responsibility:

• Manage order entries and tracking in collaboration with Product Management and Sales teams
• Plan deliveries, as well as their follow-up while respecting deadlines
• Ensure coordination with our European and Asian subcontractors, while handling various logistical matters
• Organize and monitor deliveries for our distribution center in Belgium and for our international distributors
• Prepare purchasing reports, statistics, and analyses
• Verify invoices and handle various administrative tasks

Your profile :

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Commercial Administration or an equivalent qualification
• You have a first experience in a commercial environment of at least 3 years
• You work accurately, independently, and proactively
• You have a methodical and logical mindset
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1), French and German are a plus
