Intern – Dashboarding & Digital Learning Solutions (m/f/x)

Are you passionate about data analytics, visualization, and creative content creation? Would you like to gain hands-on experience in a global environment while supporting digital transformation initiatives?

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our global After Market Service Engineering team. In this role, you will help us transform data into actionable insights through dashboards and support the creation of engaging training content for technicians worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creative multimedia work while collaborating with experts across multiple countries. We are looking for someone who can commit to the role for 6 to 12 months and work part-time (50–80%).

What You'll do

As an intern in our team, you will support initiatives that improve transparency, decision-making, and technician capability development across our global repair network.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging learning content for technicians and repair center employees worldwide
• Editing and producing training and repair instruction videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Creating, maintaining, and improving Power BI dashboards and reports
• Transforming business requirements into meaningful visualizations and KPIs
• Analyzing operational and quality data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborating with stakeholders from different regions and functions
• Supporting digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• Strong written and spoken English skills, German beneficial
• Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization
• Good understanding of data structures, KPIs, and reporting concepts
• Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to create clear, professional, and engaging multimedia content
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in digitalization, analytics, and learning technologies
