HSE Site Lead (m/f/d)

Senior HSE Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety activities on large-scale construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS legislation, site procedures and project safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety documentation, permit-to-work processes and subcontractor compliance.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and EHS training.
• Monitor safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project management on all EHS-related matters and promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Degree or qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related field.
• 7+ years' EHS experience on large construction or industrial projects.
• Previous experience leading EHS teams (5+ years preferred).
• Experience on complex infrastructure, pharmaceutical or data centre projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and risk management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
