QC Specialist – Waters Empower Custom Fields Calculation

For an important pharmaceutical international company based in Neuchatel area, we are looking for a QC Specialist 100% H/F with strong expertise in Waters Empower to support the development, configuration and lifecycle management of Custom Fields calculations used in analytical testing.Working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, you will play a key role in ensuring compliant, reliable and efficient implementation of analytical methods while supporting laboratory digitalization and data integrity initiatives.

• Develop, configure and maintain Custom Fields calculations in Waters Empower.
• Translate analytical method requirements into compliant Empower solutions.
• Perform functional verification and testing to ensure calculation accuracy and reporting reliability.
• Maintain GMP documentation and support data standardization initiatives.
• Ensure lifecycle management of Custom Fields and Empower master data.
• Collaborate with QC and cross-functional teams to continuously improve laboratory processes.

• Proven experience with Waters Empower (essential).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory or regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of HPLC, UPLC and/or GC analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of GMP, Data Integrity principles and laboratory computerized systems; GAMP and/or 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English or French, with a professional command of the other language.
• Education: Laboratory Technician qualification, Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent.
