In this influential role, you will be at the heart of our EMEA Commercial Operations, acting as a trusted advisor and analytical partner to senior leaders. You will dive deep into sales and market data, uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions and commercial excellence. By combining your consulting mindset with advanced analytical skills, you will transform complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling stories that support business growth across Europe. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions will empower teams to make fact-based decisions and achieve ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, and analyze sales funnel and performance data to provide transparency and actionable insights for the EMEA region.
- Translate complex data into clear business messages, dashboards, and high-quality presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Prepare regular business updates, executive summaries, and performance reviews, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Drive the European forecast process by analyzing CRM funnel data, tracking specific opportunities as needed, consolidating all opportunity data into a comprehension “forecast”, and monitoring forecast accuracy.
- Track and report on sales opportunities, market trends, and competitor insights to inform commercial strategies.
- Act as a consulting-style sparring partner for commercial leaders, helping to frame business questions, structure analysis, and prepare recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and support commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates for commercial leadership and regional performance reviews.
- Support business reviews by creating structured storylines around performance and strategic initiatives.
- Assist regional teams with ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and account deep-dives to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Your background
We’re looking for more than just technical skills—we value curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate insights with impact.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, business research, market intelligence, or commercial performance analysis.
- Degree in Business, Science or Engineering
- Proven ability to break down complex problems, structure analysis, and deliver clear recommendations.
- Advanced skills in Excel are a must. Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Business Warehouse) is a plus.
- Experience preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries for senior audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German or other languages are a plus.
- Confident, collaborative, and proactive mindset with strong business acumen.
- Ability to influence and lead across organizational boundaries, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
