The Global Employer Services (GES) team, part of Deloitte's Tax & Legal practice, partners with multinational companies to navigate global mobility and payroll complexity with confidence. We deliver end-to-end payroll solutions and strategic advice that keeps our clients compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve.

- As a key member of our Payroll team, you'll:
- Drive growth by expanding our Payroll offering and onboarding high-value clients
- Deliver expert counsel on all payroll-related matters, earning client trust through deep expertise

Who we are looking for
- You possess strong numerical skills and a keen understanding of complex interrelationships, demonstrating conscientiousness as well as a solution-oriented and independent working style.
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll and are highly knowledgeable in payroll, social security, and individual taxation.
- You are technology savvy with excellent proficiency in payroll tools such as Abacus and SAP.
- You have a positive attitude toward technological advancements and want to actively support them.
- You have leadership experience and are eager to leverage your expertise to train the team and help expand our market share.
- You have excellent command of English and are fluent in either French or German; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage.
