(Associate – Manager) Real Estate Advisory Transaction

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.
In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest im Real Estate Advisory Team von PwC und unterstützt Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen vorwiegend im Bereich der Immobilientransaktionen, aber auch in der Immbobilienbewertung und -beratung.

• Du entwickelst Vermarktungsstrategien und strukturierst komplexe Immobilientransaktionen, darunter Bestandsimmobilien, Neubauprojekte, Grundstücke, Sale & Lease Back sowie Asset Swaps.
• Du begleitest Verkaufsobjekte bis zur Verkaufsreife und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Optimierung der Transaktionsprozesse, um eine effiziente Abwicklung sicherzustellen.
• Du erstellst professionelle und aussagekräftige Verkaufsunterlagen wie Teaser, Factsheets und Information Memoranda und koordinierst den gesamten Transaktionsprozess.
• Du führst fundierte Objekt-, Markt- und Standortanalysen durch, du erstellst Immobilienbewertungen, Portfolioanalysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Objektstrategien.
• Du identifizierst gezielt potenzielle Investoren, sprichst diese effektiv an und baust ein belastbares Netzwerk zu relevanten Marktakteuren auf.
• Du planst und steuerst umfassende Due-Diligence-Prozesse, organisierst Besichtigungen und gewährleistest eine professionelle Kommunikation mit sämtlichen Stakeholdern.
• Du führst Verhandlungen bei Kaufverträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern und begleitest den Prozess bis zur finalen Beurkundung der Transaktion souverän.
• Du wirkst engagiert in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und übernimmst verantwortungsvoll Sonderaufgaben im Rahmen strategischer Initiativen.

Dein Profil

• Du hast einen ETH-, Uni- oder Fachhochschulabschluss (Bachelor oder Master) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL/VWL), Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen und eine Affinität zu immobilienwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.

• Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Immobilienbranche, insbesondere im Bereich Transaktionen und Bewertung von Anlageimmobilien, gesammelt.
• Du fühlst dich im direkten Kontakt mit Kunden sowie externen und internen Beratern wohl und kannst Verhandlungen erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringen.
• Du verstehst die Rolle des Dienstleisters und kannst den Mehrwert unserer Arbeit überzeugend an die Kunden vermitteln.
• Du zeichnest dich durch eine positive, höfliche und kundenorientierte Einstellung aus und pflegst gerne Kontakte, um langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
• Du besitzt einwandfreie mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und interessierst dich für die vielfältigen Fragestellungen der Immobilienberatung.
• Du begeisterst dich für die Herausforderungen einer sich digitalisierenden Welt.
• Du zeigst eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und bist motiviert, neue Herausforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld anzunehmen.
