Electrical Protection Engineer Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, and engineering teams
• Review and validate electrical protection designs and technical documentation
• Support protection coordination, fault analysis, and electrical studies
• Drive supplier deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Participate in design reviews, FAT/SAT activities, and technical troubleshooting

Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Fluent English (C1), French is a plus
• Experience in Electrical Protection Systems within power generation, utilities, transmission & distribution, or industrial environments
• Experience with protection relays (ABB, Siemens, GE) and MV/HV electrical systems
• Knowledge of protection coordination, short-circuit, load-flow, and arc-flash studies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate between customers, suppliers, and engineering teams
