As a Barista at , you will independently operate our mobile Piaggio Ape café in Lucerne, serving high-quality specialty and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Drive the Piaggio Ape café to and from its daily operating location (training provided).

Prepare espresso-based drinks using a La Marzocco Linea Mini and Mahlkönig E65S GbW grinder.

Prepare and serve , matcha, and seasonal beverages to a consistently high standard.

Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

Process cash and card payments accurately.

Set up, restock, clean, and close the café each day.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café throughout your shift.

Monitor stock levels and report when supplies need replenishing.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.

Experience working with specialty equipment is an advantage.

Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the café during your shift.

Friendly, reliable, and well organised.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Valid driving licence required.

English required; German is an advantage.
