Will you take a seat at the center of Banking Services – connecting teams, shaping priorities, and driving execution?
As Executive Assistant to the Head of the Business Unit Banking Services (BBS), a member of the SIX Group Executive Board, you will serve as a trusted partner and play a pivotal role within the BBS leadership team. In this highly visible role, you will go beyond traditional executive support, actively contributing to the prioritization, coordination, and execution of initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Acting as a key interface across the organization, you will connect people, ideas, and decisions, ensuring alignment and momentum on critical topics. You will bring structure to complexity, anticipate challenges, and proactively drive actions to successful outcomes. Leading a small Executive Support team in Poland, you will foster collaboration, high service standards, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Head of Banking Services, helping to shape priorities, navigate complexity, and enable clear focus, effective decisions, alignment, and enabling the Executive to stay focused, make sound decisions, align stakeholders, and drive results.
  • Manage the executive office of the Head of Banking Services, including complex calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and day-to-day prioritization of activities.
  • Ensure smooth preparation and follow-up of leadership meetings and offsites by coordinating agendas, managing action items, preparing briefing materials, and driving timely execution of decisions.
  • Take ownership of selected team-wide coordination topics, and key operational initiatives
  • Act as the central coordination point across senior stakeholders inside and outside the organization, ensuring the right people are aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction.
  • Lead and develop a small Executive Support team based in Poland.
  • Take on additional project responsibilities in line with your experience and ambition
What You Bring
  • Experience supporting senior executives (C-level level preferred) in a fast-paced corporate, consulting or banking environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and sound judgment, with the ability to connect the dots, navigate ambiguity, and serve as a trusted sparring partner.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, enabling you to challenge constructively, take initiative and drive topics forward independently.
  • First experience in leading small teams in remote setup
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a service-oriented yet assertive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools. 
  • Fluent in German and English.
