Looking for a babysitter or nanny to help out with a 7 months old baby

We live in Buchs (AG) and would need regular support with taking care of a 7 months old baby. The babysitter needs to speak well English (German could be beneficial as well). The regular days are Tuesday and Thursday, from 9am until 14:00, for starters, then additionally on occasion Mondays and/or Fridays, when our daughter is also home (she's almost 4 years old). We are looking for a babysitter or nanny who is experienced to care for our baby, and of his everyday needs (spoon feeding, diaper change, naps). When the baby is sleeping I'd need support with organising the kids' toys, clothes, wash baby bottles. I (the mom), will be home working on my computer and available for questions.
