Customer Support

Your tasks:

• Order processing from A to Z (quotations and costing)
• Receiving, processing and entering orders
• Entering sales-specific master data for each customer
• Monitoring appointments
• Telephone customer support and advice
• Administrative support for the sales force

How you convince us:

• Commercial training with good technical understanding.
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales or order processing in a production company
• Good written and spoken English
• Extensive PC experience (MS Office), ERP knowledge (COBUS) is an advantage
• Technical understanding, organisational skills and assertiveness
• Independent, resilient and customer-oriented
