Are you ready to navigate an evolving agile landscape to establish product strategy standards and pioneer AI-driven capabilities that drive fast, measurable impact?We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Group Human Resources & Corporate Services (GHRCS) team to drive the evolution of product management in the Capability Building Center of Excellence.Key Responsibilities:• Establish product management excellence with consistent standards across agile delivery streams by operationalising ‘what good looks like’ and enabling teams on the Product Delivery Framework• Empower product streams and crews in our product-led operating model by driving strategy development and strong OKR definition• Pioneer AI-driven product management practices, embedding artificial intelligence across the product management lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement• Define role clarity, skills frameworks, and development pathways to strengthen product maturity• Shape the product community by facilitating targeted capability building with agile delivery teams• Partner closely with the Experience Design Center of Excellence to embed superior discovery and delivery practices into the daily work of cross-functional pods,• Independently deliver strategic initiatives in the Capability Building CoE• Navigate organizational complexity to remove structural impediments and accelerate agile product delivery across GHRCS
Your team
You will be a central pillar of our newly established Experience Design & Capability Building Center of Excellence within UBS Group Functions. We’re delivering a unified, human‑centered, insight‑driven product experience across all GHRCS products – ensuring consistency, reducing delivery risk, and accelerating value creation. Shape and uplift the product organization’s capabilities by embedding clear product roles, professional standards, structured learning, and communities of practice, enabling teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑centered outcomes at scale. Operating within the broader Agile@UBS framework, you will work fluidly across multiple streams and crews, acting as the primary catalyst for product capability growth among our delivery teams.
Your expertise
• ~8 years of experience in applied, client-facing product management and operational excellence• Hands-on experience with product strategy and delivery across different organizations, bringing diverse external best practices to internal challenges across top-tier financial organizations• Proven track record of establishing product vision, strategies, and roadmap governance at enterprise level• Experience in product capability training and/or product community building, with demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-impact learning paths, bootcamps, or capability-building programs for product practitioners• Deep practical expertise in agile methodologies, OKR frameworks, and scaling product operating models from discovery to delivery• Demonstrated focus on evolving AI-driven product management and integrating AI capabilities into the product lifecycle• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with strong outcome focus• A naturally curious mind with a proactive approach to learning and innovation• Strong ability to lead without formal authority, acting as an expert to persuade stakeholders and drive alignment across a matrixed organization• Collaborative personality with the ability to drive change independently and navigate ambiguity• Fluent in English; German is considered beneficial
