A growing international Family Office based in Zug.

Job Description

• Assist with client onboarding processes and documentation collection.
• Support KYC, AML, FATCA and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Liaise with banks, external advisors, and service providers.
• Assist with account opening and administrative follow-up.
• Coordinate client requests and provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Support management with various administrative and organizational matters.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally gained through an internship or junior role within private banking, wealth management, fiduciary services, or a Family Office.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, FATCA, and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with the private banking or wealth management environment is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible, versatile, and willing to take ownership of a variety of tasks.
• Service-minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open-minded, positive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and within a small entrepreneurial team.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Fluent English is required; Hebrew is a strong asset.
