Job-Inhalt
Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure, applications and operational alerts
- Identify, log and track incidents using ticketing tools
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and operational checks
- Execute documented operational procedures
- Verify scheduled tasks, system availability and backups
- Maintain operational documentation and reporting activities
- Support occasional on-site technical interventions
Profile
- Proven Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, NOC or IT Operation
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, EasyVista, Remedy or similar tools
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows environments and networking concepts
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a structured environment and follow procedures
- Service-oriented mindset
- French: Fluent / Native level (mandatory)
- English: fluent level
