Job-Inhalt

Responsibilities
  • Monitor infrastructure, applications and operational alerts
  • Identify, log and track incidents using ticketing tools 
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting and operational checks
  • Execute documented operational procedures
  • Verify scheduled tasks, system availability and backups
  • Maintain operational documentation and reporting activities
  • Support occasional on-site technical interventions
Profile
  • Proven Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, NOC or IT Operation
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, EasyVista, Remedy or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows environments and networking concepts
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and follow procedures
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • French: Fluent / Native level (mandatory)
  • English: fluent level
