Play, care, and keep things steady: babysitter needed

We live in Oberwil b. Zug and are looking for an experienced babysitter who can pick up the child from kita /daycare, come home, spend 3 hours until we arrive from work, 4 days per week. What would start as occasional help we hope it will grow into a long-term relationship. We have a 2year old child and would appreciate someone who enjoys spending time together inside and outside, playing, and keeping things relaxed and steady. We value a reliable and thoughtful approach. We would like to get to know someone who feels comfortable with us and becomes a familiar presence for our child. Previous experience in childcare/ children education is highly appreciated.
