PMO Transformation Manager

Your Tasks

• Act as the operational right hand to the PMO Lead
• Support strategic development of the department by designing concepts that enhance scalability and foster continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional / transformation Customer Support Projects in collaboration with Team Leaders and Regional Managers
• Translate decisions into concrete actions (tasks, owners, deadlines) as well as maintain project plans, milestones, and action trackers
• Maintain the full project portfolio overview
• Track progress across all PMO initiatives as well as prepare management-ready reports and summaries

• Experience in project management / PMO
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable execution
• Very good command of English and German (minimum C1 level)
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset as well as calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional mindset and positive attitude
