Join the Central Compliance team as a Working Student and actively support the execution of second-line compliance monitoring activities. You will collaborate with the Monitoring & Control Execution team to help ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements across key risk areas such as Client Suitability and Pricing Governance.This is a hands-on role offering structured learning and practical experience, and your contributions will directly support the team’s mission to uphold high compliance standards and strengthen internal controls.It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated university student aiming to build expertise in financial regulation, risk assurance, and control operations, preparing you for a future career in compliance, risk management, or financial services.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the planning and execution of recurring compliance control activities, including sampling, data collection, and initial evidence review

• Validate documentation provided by Client-Facing Units against established control criteria

• Maintain accurate records in control tracking tools and ensure proper filing of test evidence

• Prepare draft analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for internal reporting and management updates

• Contribute to deficiency management processes by assisting in follow-ups and resolution tracking

• Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation ideas, digital tool enhancements, or policy reviews

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field

• Genuine interest in financial compliance, regulatory frameworks, and private banking operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple small assignments simultaneously

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage

• Highly motivated and self-driven student with proactive mindset and attitude
