Nanny for our daughter (6M)

We are looking for a loving and engaged nanny for our daughter Ariadna (who will be 6 months old at that time), starting on September 1st, every Tuesday and Thursday full day, approximately from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. What matters most to us is finding someone who enjoys not only caring for Ariadna in a loving way, but also actively supporting and stimulating her development and curiosity. Ariadna is already an exceptionally alert, attentive and curious baby who is eager to discover and understand the world around her. We would therefore love to find someone who naturally talks to her a lot, explains things to her, and enjoys intellectually stimulating her in an age-appropriate way while encouraging her natural curiosity. We are looking for someone who will engage her with varied and meaningful activities such as language exposure, music, books, sensory experiences and genuine interaction — far beyond simple childcare or passive play. Ideally, the nanny would be a native English or French speaker so that Ariadna can naturally grow up exposed to another language from an early age. We are specifically looking for a long-term collaboration, so that Ariadna can build a stable, trusting and lasting relationship with her nanny. For this reason, we hope to find someone who sees this as more than just a short-term temporary job. We are a warm Spanish couple, also fluent in German and English, and we both work full-time. During the other three weekdays, Ariadna attends daycare.
