As Finance Business Partner for the CTO function, you will play a key role in enabling strategic decision-making and financial transparency across our infrastructure landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with senior tech leaders to drive performance, optimize costs, and support innovation through sound financial guidance.
 

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Partner with the CTO and tech leadership to steer budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and infrastructure investments
• Monitor technology spend and proactively identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities
• Lead financial modelling and business case development for infrastructure and investment decisions
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and clear business commentary
• Ensure financial governance, compliance, and transparency across the CTO portfolio
• Act as a strategic advisor by translating financial data into actionable recommendations for business decisions

YOUR SKILLS:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master's, CPA or CFA is an advantage)
• 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role, ideally with exposure to the telecommunications industry
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel, SAP HANA Business, CO Pilot and Power BI
• Experience with investment appraisal and project-based financial management
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
