Occasional Babysitter/Nanny Needed for Our 8-Year-Old Daughter in Bern

We live in Bern and are looking for a caring and reliable babysitter or nanny to provide occasional childcare for our 8-year-old daughter in our home. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, tolerant, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. The ideal candidate is responsible, trustworthy, and able to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment through play, conversation, and simple daily routines. Previous childcare experience is important, and first aid certification is highly appreciated. We would also prefer someone who speaks German as well as English and/or Spanish, as our daughter is growing up in a multilingual environment. When caring for our daughter, we value someone who is fully present and attentive. We therefore prefer a caregiver who minimizes the use of mobile phones and social media during working hours, except when necessary for emergencies or communication with us.
