Operations Coordinator

Do you speak multiple languages, have a knack for logistics, and always keep track of everything? Join FELFEL’s dispatcher team as an Operations Coordinator (hourly contract, 50-60%) in either Zurich Wiedikon or Lausanne Flon and help us elevate our operational excellence!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high-quality service and a smooth operational experience by consistently monitoring our service standards to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority.
• Communicate effectively with our third-party logistics partners and multilingual drivers across various channels, acting quickly while maintaining a clear overview.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational supply chain processes, driving efficient organization, oversight, and proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate closely with our customer service and hardware teams to resolve any challenges quickly and efficiently.

YOUR PROFILE

• Practical experience in an operational, logistics, or coordination role is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders as a dedicated team player.
• Exceptional eye for detail combined with a natural talent for multitasking and seamless organization.
• Solution-oriented mindset and high motivation, maintaining focus and drive even when navigating complex challenges.
• Fluency in English is required. For the Zurich office, fluency in German is essential, while for the Lausanne office, fluency in French is necessary (speaking all three is a fantastic bonus!).
• Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
• Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
