You will be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team, where creativity and strategy come together to make an impact. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment projects while contributing to the team’s daily operations.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

What You'll do

​• Coordinating interviews across various functions to ensure a seamless candidate experience
​• Screening CVs and video interviews to identify top talent
​• Supporting the organization of the prestigious Outperformer Assessment Center

What You’ll Bring

​• Bachelor or Master student in business or related fields
​• Well organized and structured approach to work

• ​Excellent on MS products such as Excel and Power Point

​• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills (in English)

• Proactive and impact-driven, demonstrating initiative and ownership to deliver meaningful results
