You will join a growing Tax & Legal practice dedicated to delivering impactful tax solutions to local and international clients. The team operates in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where individuals shape initiatives, take ownership, and actively contribute to expanding the practice. With a strong focus on innovation and professional development, the team offers a platform to further strengthen leadership and technical expertise while playing a key role in its continued growth.
- Lead Swiss tax advisory and compliance engagements for a portfolio of clients
- Shape client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and identifying further opportunities
- Provide technical expertise on complex tax matters including structuring and transactions
- Enable successful project delivery by coordinating teams and ensuring quality outcomes
- Develop and mentor junior team members to strengthen team capabilities and performance
- Contribute to business development activities and support the expansion of the tax practice
- Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification completed or equivalent certification
- Strong experience in tax consulting with solid technical expertise in Swiss tax matters
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory services
- Experience in leading teams or managing complex project workstreams
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with a pragmatic mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; German is considered an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to contribute to a growing team environment
