Compliance Verification Engineer Structures & Stress

Your tasks:

• Planning and execution of certification projects in the helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) equipment market
• Classification of minor/major changes, approval of minor changes
• Preparation and approval of certification plans and compliance demonstration documents (e.g. qualification test reports, stress reports)
• Communication with suppliers and authorities
• Witnessing of certification tests
• Advising the design department with regards to airworthiness, participation in design reviews
• Participation in the continuous improvement of the design organization

How you convince us:

• Degree in mechanical engineering (ETH/FH/TS), aviation (FH) or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in the certification of aviation products, preferably as CVE
• Profound knowledge of EASA Part 21 and certification specifications
• Profound knowledge in stress analysis and FEM (Nastran)
• Focus on quality, team player
• Good spoken and written English and German language skills
