Join our vibrant team in Grenchen as HR Specialist – Apprenticeship & Vocational Training (60%) and be part of something extraordinary!

You will support our Commercial apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey. Acting as a key contact for apprentices, trainers, and managers, you will ensure a smooth and engaging experience from recruitment through to graduation and integration into professional life.

Your contribution:

Apprentice Management & Support:

  • You will support apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, from recruitment and onboarding to graduation
  • You will act as the main contact person for apprentices on administrative and HR-related matters
  • You will advise and support trainers and managers in the day-to-day management of apprentices
  • You will monitor apprentice progress and help implement appropriate support measures when needed
  • You will coordinate and maintain strong relationships with vocational schools, cantonal authorities, training providers, and external partners involved in apprenticeship programs

Coordination & Administration:

  • You will coordinate apprenticeship processes and maintain accurate apprentice records and documentation
  • You will support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative activities related to apprenticeship programs
  • You will support the HR team with administrative duties
  • You will ensure compliance with internal policies and vocational training requirements
  • You will collaborate closely with HR, managers, and trainers across the organization
  • You will coordinate administrative exchanges with schools, authorities, and external training providers to ensure the smooth running of apprenticeship programs

Projects & Events:

  • You will contribute to initiatives that enhance the apprentice experience and support learning success
  • You will support the organization of apprentice events, workshops, and development activities
  • You will participate in continuous improvement projects related to vocational training and talent development
  • You will represent the company during meetings, events, and exchanges with schools and external stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and the continuous development of our apprenticeship programs

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You have experience in Human Resources, vocational training, apprenticeship management, or a similar field
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills
  • You are open to occasional travel across Switzerland
  • You enjoy working with and supporting young professionals
  • You are solution-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems
  • A vocational trainer certification is considered an asset
  • You are fluent in English, French and German; additional languages are highly appreciated
