Looking for a babysitter in Laupen ZH

We’re a family with a toddler girl and newborn twins based in Zurich Oberland. Our toddler goes to Kita four days a week and we’re looking for regular help on Fridays and as needed with either the twin babies or the toddler. My husband and I work from home and I’m currently on maternity leave. We may want something more frequently once I return to work, but that’s to be determined still. We’re an easy going family in a single house with a garden, plenty of beautiful walks in the area too. We also have a small dog at home. We’re looking for someone that is reliable and is able to see what needs to be done and will take the initiative instead of needing direction. The role includes feeding, changing diapers, playing with the kids, and putting them down for naps. We have routines for the kids and generally have quite a calm home (as calm as can be with three kids!). If you’re interested please message me with some information about you and your experience.
