Lead the development and execution of high-impact global brand strategies, frameworks, and 360 launch campaigns, strengthening global brand equity and ensuring consistent implementation.

Accountabilites
Lead the development and stewardship of global brand strategies across the Weed Control portfolio, ensuring consistent brand equity growth and alignment with long-term commercial objectives.
- Drive the global positioning and value proposition of all NPIs, independently shaping brand direction and ensuring launches deliver measurable market impact.
- Embed brand strategy, customer insights, and market intelligence into cross-functional decision-making by influencing AIM teams, Marketing, Regional and Market teams.
- Guide and challenge regional and market teams to ensure global brand strategies and launch frameworks are consistently localized and executed with excellence.
- Oversee global brand governance, safeguarding adherence to brand frameworks, messaging, and portfolio architecture across all markets.
- Lead, develop and manage annual global brand budget by establishing strategic investment priorities, aligning spend allocation with markets, tracking ROI metrics, and providing quarterly performance updates to global WCo team
- Partner closely with Technical, Regulatory, and R&D teams to translate complex scientific and product information into compelling brand narratives that drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance, using global metrics and insights to optimize positioning, strengthen brand equity, and recommend enhancements.
- Champion the elevation of branding as a strategic capability within the organization, fostering cross-functional understanding and improving brand-led decision-making.
Skillsset
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing leadership, preferably within the crop protection, agriculture technology, or chemical industries, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated experience leading global or regional brand strategies and product launches, including New Product Introductions (NPIs), from concept through commercialization.
- Strong familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, working closely with R&D, Technical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to integrate brand strategy into business decisions.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority, including engagement with executive leadership, regional managers, and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with brand governance, positioning, and messaging frameworks, ensuring global consistency while supporting localized execution.
- Previous roles of relevance include: Global/Regional Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Portfolio Lead, Product Manager, or equivalent positions in fast-moving, technical B2B industries.
- Desirable: Experience in sustainability-focused product categories, digital marketing in technical sectors, or managing multi-market launch campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills including ability to manage multi-task projects, priorities efforts appropriately between these projects and encourage timely and effective contributions from others.
